If you are a jewelcrafter and above level 60, you may be interested in the page of Expansion recipe locations, which lists recipes available from faction NPCs, mobs that drop BoP recipes (ie, the jewelcrafter has to farm these themselves), and as world drops.

Below is a list of the crafted Jewels and who can cut them, followed by the rare, faction and high-level recipes.

Spheres

Spheres match any colour socket (Red / Yellow / Blue). They are created by Enchanters, not Jewelcrafters.

Meta

Meta gems match meta sockets. These gems have special requirements that must be met for the gem's bonus to activate. It should be noted that gems which match multiple socket colors can fulfill meta gem requirements for any color they match. For example, if a meta gem needs 3 red and 2 yellow to activate, 3 orange gems can activate this gem. Also, a gem does not have to match its socket to contribute to a meta gem; therefore, the player may choose to lose an item's gem bonus in order to activate the meta gem's bonus.

The two types of raw Diamond are also crafted, by Alchemists - see the Alchemy page for who can make these.
